Cool Riders

Browsing Mags

Here we are indulging in one of our favorite pastimes, thumbing through toy magazines.  I can easily sit and look at toy magazines for a straight hour.  Maverick only looks for a few minutes and then starts tearing them up.  Until he begins tearing, though, it is one of the most peaceful times at our home.

Kickin' it at the Creek

Here are some pics of us hanging out at Callahan Park, which is one of our favorites.  It has a little creek that's so fun to romp about.  We get wet and filthy with mud every time we go, which adds to the enjoyment.

In Loving Memory

 

Great Grandpa Podroza moved to Reno in June so that Grandma Jennifer could care for him at her house.  Then he passed away at the end of July.  We are so grateful that we got to meet him and for all of the time we were able spend with him.  It's a comfort to know he is pain free in heaven now.  I like to call him on my play phone sometimes to talk to him.  He says he's doing alright up there.

Aunt Joanna and Uncle Colin

Here we are with our awesome Aunt Joanna and Uncle Colin (meow).  This pic was taken when Aunt Joanna came to Reno at the end of July to help Grandma Jennifer take care of Great Grandpa Podroza.  It was wonderful being all together.  Love you, Aunt Joanna and Uncle Colin!

Grandpa T's BDay

Grandpa Talley came to visit us for his birthday and we had a fun time celebrating at the lake together.

Too Cute Not To Post

Farewell Schindies!

 

Uncle Chris, Aunt Kelsay, and Cousin Harper have moved back to Southern California.  It was a bummer to see them go, but we're grateful we got to live by them for a little while.  Above is a pic from a farewell bbq we had in their honor before their move.  Best wishes for good surf and a sunny future back in Southern Cali!  We'll miss you, Schindies!

Dr. Talley

I quite enjoy doctoring.  My favorite medical tools are the stethoscope and the plexor (for checking reflexes).  Maverick is my only patient at this time, but I'm not in a rush to expand my practice.  I want to maintain flexibility in my schedule.  It's important to reserve plenty of time for my other interests, such as being a dancing princess.

I can always make time to see one of my faithful blog followers, though.  Should any of you need a check up, please call my secretary, aka Mommy, for an appointment.

4th of July Fun
